Founded and developed the SGI in-house creative organization of 45 art directors, graphic designers and web designers. Producing an average of 300 projects per month, saving the company $10 million dollars per year in marketing and advertising fees. Collaborated with SGI founders and senior management to develop strategic brand positioning concepts and provide creative guidance for the overall SGI brand. 

Responsible for maintaining SGI's worldwide brand image including product design, collateral material, advertising, packaging and identity. Also responsible for SGI's worldwide signage program and a member of the Architectural Review Committee and Advertising Council. 

Hewlett Packard   |   Creative Director   |   Senior 3D Animator  |  2 years

Built a department of 10 designers, videographers, editors and animators from the ground up. Increased revenue three fold. Directed Media Center staff of producers and art directors in developing 2D graphics and 3D animations, printed collateral, multimedia, and video communications material. Managed design and animation staff, directed video and photo shoots and collaborated with outside designers, animators and producers in the creation of strategic marketing and communication materials for Hewlett Packard worldwide.
